I’ve Got Nothin’ But A Menu

1 tsp of peanut butter before heading out the door for a run…. 1 point

I had an awesome run this morning! The weather was cool and crisp and it felt great! It was cut a little short because half-way through I got a phone call that a friend needed a ride to school. So I ran home quickly and left to pick her up.  :)

I didn’t get around to eating for a while…. not on purpose, just a lot going on today… had this snack bar – 3 points

A bowl full of veggies… 0 points

One of my good friends came over and Carman and I made her some spicy turkey chili with spaghetti squash over spinach…   – 5 points

And we all split some frozen banana soft serve with cinnamon – 0 points

Carman’s little girl made some Hungry Girl “ice cream” sandwiches… so good!  – 3 points

Protein waffle with sugar free pudding in the middle – 7 points

Protein bar – 5 points

Cookies at a church function – 10 points

Ended the night with some half the fat ice cream – 3 points
