July 2011 – 25 Days Of Activity Challenge

Yay!!!  So happy to report that I completed the challenge for July.  Wanted to thank Keeping Up With Katie for the extra motivation to work out through the hottest month of the year!  I didn’t think it was gonna be a big deal…  but there were days when I felt like being lazy… but because of the challenge, I went ahead with a work out!  There is something to say about being accountable to something.  I usually don’t work out on Sundays…. so that gave me less days to work with…  I ended up needing one more day to complete the challenge, so I just got home from a nice 30 minute walk with the hubby. :)
How did you do???  Anyone complete the challenge?
