I got the idea from one of my favorite blogs… Keeping Up With Katie!
She is challenging her readers to 25 days of activity in the month of July!
There are 31 days in July, 28 days are left so it’s not too late to join!
So, this is what I’m going to do…. Print off a blank calendar for July, tape it to my bathroom mirror, and jot down my “activity” for this month. Aiming for 25 days! I usually post my work outs here on the blog, but I’ll make sure to do that for this month! If you want to join the challenge… then post your activity in the comment section below. July is a tough month in Houston because of the heat…. and this challenge will get us going!
As far as Activity…. the possibilities are endless… here are a few to get you thinking
Walking, Running, Yoga, Weight Lifting, Swimming, Biking, Yard Work, Washing the Car, Playing With Your Kids, Walking Stairs, Cleaning House, etc, etc…
