Just A Menu

Today was another busy day… was pretty much running around all day… in the words of Carman, “Meeting myself coming and going!” 😉

Protein waffle with banana – 5

**Headed up to the gym to do cardio and was pleasantly surprised that they added a new earlier Body Pump class! So I decided to take the weight lifting class and followed it up with 30 minutes on the elliptical** +9

Veggie Pizza Eggs – I posted the step by step to this creation over on dietSNAPS – check it out HERE! Was so good and filling!!

Protein bar at the mall after getting my hair cut :)

Here’s a pic of the hair… not a big difference, but did add some layers –

Whey protein fruit smoothie with flaxseed oil – 4

Favorite cereal while running out the door to take the boys to scouts – 3

Half the fat ice cream – 3

Late dinner, turkey chili over spinach with pico/Crystal Light – 4

Dove dark chocolate square before bed :)
