Carman gave me the tip to try adding a hot cocoa packet to my oatmeal to lower the WW points… it worked like a charm!
Chocolate oatmeal for breakfast – 4 points
Protein bar before heading out the door for church – 5 points
Boca burger – 5 points
Protein waffle with banana – 5 points
BBQ flavored Veggie Straws – 3 points
Chicken lettuce wrap – 3 points
Oreo cookie – 2 points
