Just A Menu – Race In The Morning :)

Since we are doing the Conoco Phillips Rodeo Run in the morning, I thought I would try to get to bed early tonight!

Here are today’s Fire Bites: 28 points plus, 5 activity points

**Only had time for 30 minutes on the elliptical**

Protein waffle with raspberries – 5

Chili (no beans) with spinach, spaghetti squash, and pico – 4

Protein bar – 6

Whey protein fruit smoothie (no flaxseed oil on hand) – 2

Cereal – 6

Zone Bar – 5

Short and sweet…. off to get my running stuff together and get to bed! :)
