This morning I woke up early and went for a walk. I listened to 3 messages from a recent conference we had at church. THIS was my favorite one. The weather was really nice and it was a great way to start my day. I must say that I have really enjoyed the walks I have taken this week. It’s nice to slow things down and have time to think. I came home feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

I was going to be away from home most of the afternoon, so I had a bowl of turkey chili with roasted veggies mixed in for my mid-morning snack… 4 points
Three hours later I was eating lunch at my friend Erin’s house … 6 points (Love all the color!)
Ran up to the hospital to see my friend’s new baby
Then came home and had a Zone Bar – 5 points
Pizza-licious egg beaters – 3 points
And of course… half the fat ice cream for 3 points
