I found this recipe when we were doing the Four-hour body diet. I love love love these!! They are super easy, delicious, and full of vitamins.
Just take one bunch of Kale and tear into chip size pieces. Place on a lined cookie sheet and either drizzle EVOO or spray Olive Oil spray on them. Sprinkle with kosher salt and bake at 350 degrees for about 10-15 minutes.
