40 years old, "stay at home mom" to 2 boys (ages 16 and 14), wife to a chiropractic kinesiologist! I love blogging and learning new ideas. There are tons of ideas out there and I love finding new and fun ones that I feel like I am capable of making myself!

    I needed to see these. It’s been an “off” week. I’m 3 pounds from my goal and experiencing burn out. It seems like I’d be eager enough to lose those last 3 pounds…..should be a breeze. Well, not so much.

    But, I have fresh new attitude today, and will do my best to stay within my DPA.

        Hey Lexy, just a quick note to report that I went to weigh this morning and I’m .8 pounds from my goal! I’m doing it this week!

        I don’t think I could have done this without the encouragement from your blog. I’m constantly reading back through old entries, getting food ideas, motivation to run, etc.

        I want you (and Carman and Cyndi) to know how much you’ve helped me. If you ever wonder if your blog is making a difference for someone….IT IS! And I thank you!

          Thank you sooo much Shannon!! I read your comment as I was walking into my boot camp class this morning and it totally made my day! As you well know that I’ve been in a little rut for a while and I have to say that your comment totally motivated me to want to do better!! I LOVE the WW program and I know it works…. when you work the plan!! It’s all about following the Healthy Guidelines and sticking within your points!! A lot of times… it’s about NOT over thinking things… and taking the emotion out of the equation. I’m so happy for you and can’t wait for you to reach your goal!!! Great job!!! That is a GREAT feeling!!! :) (Maybe I can even convince you to share your story on here?!?!?!) Wanna Lite Somebody’s Fire??
