I’m still in recovery mode from the trip. Just trying to keep things simple on the diet front… I realize that this isn’t a very exciting post, but I’m mainly using the blog for accountability… it helps me to know I will be reporting my menus each night.
Oatmeal with banana and sugar free syrup – 4 points
**Body Pump Class followed by 30 minutes of elliptical** +10
Protein bar – 5 points
Boca burger with all the fixins – 5 points
Favorite cookie cereal – 3 points
Turkey chili over spinach with pico – 4 points
Banana soft serve with peanut butter and cocoa – 3 points
Split a shredded chicken and cheese quesadilla with the boys – 5 points
