We had a fun week up in the country at my parents last week! I have tons of pictures to organize and so I will get those up soon.
Day 1 of the 90 day challenge was pretty crazy! I loaded up 6 kids to drive 3 hours to meet my Aunt halfway from Dallas so they could go spend the week with her. They were all really excited to get to spend time with her and their cousins. When I left there I drove another 3.5 hours to the other side of Austin so I could meet up with Lexy and Tammy at Cynthia’s Challenge party and get to meet her for the first time. Then we had a 4 hour drive back to Houston at 9pm that night!!! CRAZY day for sure!!
Vi shake with coconut milk, bites of the kids donut holes and kolache(boredom and tired- shoulda had a zone bar), road trip essentials- water and Extra gum, Myoplex protein bar, Vi-shake samples at Challenge party, Chick-FilA chargrilled salad on the way home eaten piece by piece with my fingers so I could drive. I got home at 2am!
It was fun checking out each others boots!
Day 2 was pretty low key. I didn’t set my alarm. Started off my morning with a vi-shake with milk and an orange flavor mix in. Met up with my cute hubby for lunch at Genghi’s Grill- my bowl was chicken, lots of veggies-peppers, onions, sprouts, cilantro, cabbage, an egg, and island teriyaki. Snack -Zone bar. Banana after a nap. Dinner from Bullritos was salad style with grilled chicken, cilantro lime rice, pico, peppers & onions, cilantro ranch. Dessert – Strawberry cheesecake Vi smoothie I put in a bowl and ate with a spoon – SOOOO good! Watched the movie John Carter.
