Okay…. Cyndi’s latest post just makes me want to go on vacation!! Loved all the pictures and looks like a nice relaxing and fun time! I’m happy to report that I feel much better today. I’m sore from Body Pump class, I finally made it to the grocery store to stock up, I got in a good cardio session at the gym, and got a few things checked off of my never ending list! I realize I am in control of my choices… I’m just going to concentrate this week on taking one day at a time… like I have any other choice?? Hahaha! My husband is back in town and he promised to help me get caught up around here! YAY!!
3 – Started out the day with a rice protein fruit smoothie
50 minutes of cardio (20 mins elliptical, 20 mins stair climber, and 10 mins on the bike) Carman did Body Pump
5 – Protein pancake
5 – Zone bar
4 – Tortilla pizza
5 – Same picture, but ate another Zone bar…. needed to get to store!!
3 – Starving and snacking while grocery shopping!
4 – Turkey melt… I used Sara Lee low cal bread… 2 slices = 2 pts… I re-calculated several times because I didn’t believe it… Is this right???
