(took the opportunity to double the batch and make lots of ready to eat lunches)
bikram is back this week!!  woohoo!  went out to a new studio and took a 90 min yoga class.  loved it so much.

    How was the studio??? I think I can go Wednesday…if you want to go at 8:15 let me know and I will make sure the babysitter is all lined up :) If it's too late for you don't worry about it!Cath
