woke up at 4:50am to make it to my running group…  really enjoyed the 3 mile run and then headed over to the gym for 30 minutes on the bike.
0 – pre work out

went to my weight watchers meeting… had my son with me so i decided to just “weigh in” and leave.  (didn’t lose any weight, stayed the same) the lady explained to me that now that i’m “lifetime” i need to make sure i “weigh in” once a month…  i actually plan to keep going and staying for the meetings, but with carman out of town… and my 11 year old with me…  and the fact that i was starving… subway sounded more fun…
7 – went a little crazy at 9:45am at subway….
12 – yes i ate cookies at breakfast too… i love thursdays!
2 – and my son’s left over chips
then headed over to the mall to get my hair high/low lighted and trimmed…
5 – it had been about 4 hours since i had eaten subway…
9 – snacked on cereal while i cleaned out the car and dropped off my clothing donations…. IT WAS SCORCHING outside and i was sweating so much!
5 – really need to get to the store again…. so it was breakfast for dinner… no complaints!
this has been a very stressful and crazy week…  i saw this little magnet and decided that when someone asks how things are going???  this is my new answer!  :)  (you should click the picture to enlarge it… it pretty much sums up my week!  haha!)

About Lexy

40 years old, "stay at home mom" to 2 boys (ages 16 and 14), wife to a chiropractic kinesiologist! I love blogging and learning new ideas. I follow the Weight Watchers Points Plus program and enjoy working out. I have run 2 full 26.2 mile marathons and 3 half marathons... and many 10k and 5k's. I love taking BodyPump classes and lifting weights. Working out has always been fun for me, but I struggle with eating healthy. Blogging has introduced me to a world of healthy eaters... When I first started WW... I just wanted someone to tell me what to eat! I didn't like cooking and I am not the kind of person that can just throw things together. There are tons of ideas out there and I love finding new and fun ones that I feel like I am capable of making myself!
