*headed up to the gym… did 40 minutes on the ARC trainer and 25 minutes on the bike*

4 – turkey pepperoni tortilla pizza with spinach, yellow and red peppers
 3 – favorite cereal snack while at the meet up!
it was sooo great to meet everyone today and start sharing ideas!
(made a commitment to drink 64 oz of water every day this week!!!!!)
 4 – chicken over mixed greens with grapes, strawberries, and blueberries
3 – half the fat french silk ice cream
6 – yum!!
3 – honey bun quaker oats
ready for bed!!  :)
