woke up with lots of energy today!
5 – protein pancake with fresh pears and a squirt of fat free reddi whip
5 – chicken and green giant veggies
2 – turnip fries
totally forgot to snap a pic!
3 – half the fat ice cream
3 – greek yogurt fruit smoothie – pre work out
*30 minutes on the elliptical* +5
4 – turkey pepperoni pizza on tortilla with veggies
6 – one whole cup of froyo!  good day for sure!

40 years old, "stay at home mom" to 2 boys (ages 16 and 14), wife to a chiropractic kinesiologist! I love blogging and learning new ideas.
