had a super busy day today…
0 – pre work out
got up at 4:50 and met up with the running group, ran 3 miles
drove over to the gym and did 30 minutes on the ARC trainer
went tanning :)
 0 – spinach smoothie
5 – protein pancake
decorated for cub scout pack meeting
picked up last minute items for said pack meeting

4 – egg beaters with turkey sausage
cleaned house and did paperwork
6 – protein bar
3 – picking up boys from school and rushing to my mtg
successful pack meeting (i was in charge of)
4 – while cooking dinner
5 – turkey chili with spaghetti squash
2 – doves while watching finale of the biggest loser!
