i finally reached my ww goal!!
my goal has been 140
and today i weighed in at 137.2!
that is a total of -50.8 lbs since day 1!
(approximately 6 years ago!)
this app totally makes me smile!!
what a good feeling!!
there is lots of emotion involved with today’s weigh in…
i may have a separate post for some of my feelings on that topic.

0 – at the meeting – shaking with excitement!
We had a substitute leader today… and she presented me with my 10% weight loss key chain.
(They didn’t realize I had actually reached my goal because it coincidentally was the same number, so I’m hoping to get my “star” charm next week for actually reaching my goal weight)
5 – protein pancake
6 – on the way to the beach
0 – grapes and sea weed
3 – cereal on the ride home
my husband surprised me with this necklace for reaching my goal!
this is a happy face haha!!! i think i’m still in shock!!!
3 – while figuring out if i’m making dinner or going out??
4 – decided to go with some friends to celebrate a birthday!
6 – about 4 bites of bread pudding
finally got home after a long and very fun day!
i logged on to ww to track my points and found out that the whole site has changed into “maintenance mode!” apparently instead of 29 pts/day…. i am now supposed to have 35 pts/day and still get the additional 49 extra pts for the week….
i really do need to talk to my leader about this because i still want to keep losing… so i think i’m gonna just keep doing what i’ve been doing ….
(i actually started at 188 before joining WW)
and lastly….. i am going to do something i never thought i would ever do……
