i had a pretty crazy unexpected day… i had planned to meet a friend for bikram yoga at 9am… but when i went out to the car… it wouldn’t start. lovely. so i spent most of the day trying to “jump” the car and finding the tools i needed. of course, the husband is out of town… lucky for me my brother was available and he was able to take me to autozone. turns out my battery was fine… just needed a little water added to it. and we changed the connecting cables. the car is back to normal… for the moment.
so i after i missed yoga, i was gonna try to make the body pump class… but that didn’t happen either. i just did the best i could through out the day and eventually i made it to the gym tonight. i feel like since last week… every day has been something weird or off…
