*ran 3 miles with my friends, then did 30 mins on the ARC trainer at the gym*
5 – zone bar at my meeting
0 – grapes while at torry’s office getting worked on :)

2 – whey protein shake with fruit
3 – frozen yogurt
0 – magic pop thing that i was trying from the store…. sprinkled a little cinnamon on it…
4 – chicken, lettuce, tomato with salsa
6 – protein bar while at the movies
3 – late night snack :)

40 years old, "stay at home mom" to 2 boys (ages 16 and 14), wife to a chiropractic kinesiologist! I love blogging and learning new ideas.
