Lexy – 29 pts

so…. today was “one of those days”…. lots of things to do and everything seemed to be going wrong.  throughout the day i just kept telling myself to make sure to control the things that i COULD control.  some days, things are just crazier than others and i’m trying to learn to deal with them…
it wasn’t anything major… but in the past i would have gotten so flustered that i would have found myself snacking on junk all day…
started out with some oatmeal…
5 – turkey chili over spaghetti squash
(these are also times when i am sooo glad i made meals ahead of time!!!)
 
after i got my errands taken care of… i had promised my son i would take him over to my uncle’s shop.  i use the term “shop” loosely because really it’s a storage shed for all of his air conditioning, tools, gadgets, etc.  anyone that knows about this “shop” knows about it’s crazy piles of junk stuff!  (hoarders anyone??)  my dad and my uncle said that my son could dig around and keep any “treasures” he found.
luckily there was some air conditioning and a vending machine down the hall!
my son actually said, “good thing they had diet coke in the vending machine because this place is heaven to me, but ‘H. E. double hockey sticks’ to you!”  Hahahaha!!!   I had to laugh!  
(someone please nominate me for mother of the year!!!)

5 – protein pancake with banana and blueberries
*30 minutes on the ARC trainer*
4 – tortilla pizza with turkey pepperoni and veggies
who knew that finding a walkman from 1980 and jammin’ to the radio while texting your friends could be so fun???

1 – dove chocolate square
