had a busy day planned with the boys.  we met up with family at space center houston!  it was a fun day!
5 – protein pancake to start the day
0 – on the way
6 – protein bar and “lady gaga” hair 😉  had no idea that crazy lighting was going on….
7 – chargrilled and fruit salad with ff honey mustard on the way home
3 – was planning on bikram yoga again tonight…. wasn’t sure what to eat before hand… i guess you can never go wrong with half the fat ice cream!  haha!
3 – and cookie cereal!
3 – and LIFE cereal…..  (snacky snacky!)
*90 minute bikram yoga*
buzzin after the class right now!  :)
3 – finished off the day with greek yogurt fruit smoothie
