woke up verrrry groggy from sleeping 12 hrs last night.  i was exhausted from the weekend and had gone to bed with a bad toothache from the dental work i had done last week.
really need to get to the grocery store, but used up what i had around the house first…
5 – light english muffin with canadian bacon, egg beaters, tomato, and spinach
2 – dove dark chocolate
4 – mini pizza on my last tortilla w/ turkey pepperoni, spinach, and peppers
3 – fruit smoothie with greek yogurt
1 – rice cake
10 – ww recipe cookies
*30 minutes elliptical at the gym*

5 – turkey chili with spaghetti squash
