Lexy – 30 pts

another super busy errand running day.  still having problems with the dental work that was done last week.  my mouth/teeth have been in a lot of pain!  ugh!
dentist wanted to see me today and the only time they could squeeze me in was at noon.
woke up at 6am and decided if i was going to be able to work out today, i had to get out of bed and do something… really didn’t feel like doing much, so i walked inclines for 30 or 40 mins… for the LIFE of me i can’t remember this morning….  this was all that was taken in the picture…  calories burned…
4 – ran by the grocery store after dropping boys at school….  just enough time to grab ingredients for protein pancakes!  carman discovered that these are only 4 pts instead of 5…  :)  thx recipe builder!
had my dental apt…. then ate this protein bar… about 3.5 hours since breakfast… i was so hungry!

had to run some errands for my husband…. to his office in downtown, bank, then i stopped by whole foods for fun to look around for a few minutes…
had about 10 mins to drink a smoothie before picking boys up from school

in between picking 1st son from school and 2nd son…. did a rushed walmart trip to grab more items!
was so hungry i ended up eating 3 of these rice cakes!  – 5pts!!!  
also discovered, i’ve been counting these wrong too!
3pts – more cereal while unloading groceries!
heading out to 5th grade graduation!  
really don’t feel like i’ve eaten a vegetable all day… and now my mouth/teeth are starting to hurt again…
by the time i got to eat this… my teeth were killing me…  
dentist called in a prescription for me…
5pts – spaghetti squash/turkey chili
2 – dove dark chocolate
2 – bite of pizza
ty forgot to tell me that he had to bring cookies to school tomorrow for a party….  just got back from another grocery store trip!
this day has been very random and now i feel very loopy from my drugs!!  gonna hit the sack!
