Birthday, Beach, & My 1st Bikram Yoga!

Today was my youngest son’s 11th birthday!  :)
We let him pick the menu for the day…
McDonald’s for breakfast really early this morning!
0 – banana for me (pre work out)
they have always wanted to sit in this booth where there are games on the wall….  it’s the little things… haha!!
1 hour of elliptical (10+)
trying to earn back some activity points for my splurge on sunday!
5 – protein pancake
7 – lunch in galveston
6 inch wheat, no cheese, spinach, tomato, onions, yellow peppers, and sweet onion sauce
0 – fruit at the beach  :)
2 – on the ride home…
2 – still driving home…
3 – ahhhh glad to be out of the sun!
7 – dinner at chick fil a…. yes… we ate out a lot today…
chargrilled and fruit salad with ff honey mustard
2 – dove dark chocolates
soooo excited and nervous to try bikram yoga today!
this is my friend brenya!  wowzers… i have never sweat so much at one time!!
yoga (4+)
seriously drenched!!  the boys were freaking out when i got home…
3 – greek yogurt fruit smoothie to end the day!
