woke up today with a monster headache…. that pretty much hung around all day.  decided not to go running early this morning because of that fact.
5 – protein pancake
5 – turkey chili (trying to have a hearty lunch to get rid of the headache)
5 – when all else fails… half the fat ice cream!
6 – protein bar after a nap
2 – apple with cinnamon/fiber one brownie
3 – cereal
*30 mins on the ARC trainer/30 mins on the bike* +10
6 – skittles while at the pool

0 – trying to keep my points low and nothing really sounded good…. so had mashed cauliflower!  haha!  mmm!
torry came home and gave me a much needed adjustment… headache should be gone soon!
