2 – pre work out

(using WW site, earned 12 activity pts)
i am going to start posting activity points earned on my dailies because (like carman and cyndi) i switched my settings on my WW plan manager online to use my activity points daily first instead of deducting from my weekly point allowance first if i go over my 29 daily points.
6 – protein bar at the WW meeting
the boys were so excited for me
5 – protein pancake with banana and pear
3 – third of a serving of chili (over spaghetti squash)… left over from torry… who leaves that little left over???
and some cucumber/tomato/onion salad
5 – dove dark chocolate after a much needed nap!
3 – still snacking after the nap
0 – was feeling super snacky… so i tried to tone it down a notch by making a spinach smoothie
4 – turkey pepperoni pizza on low carb tortilla with spinach and peppers
7 – chocolate explosion from hungry girl
