3 – greek yogurt fruit smoothie (pre work out)
*30 mins ARC trainer*
*30 minutes free weights, upper body*
5 – protein pancake
4 – turkey pepperoni pizza
6 – protein bar
**and then the snacking begins…*
3 – half the fat ice cream
2 – remind me to NEVER buy these again… they are TOO GOOD and i can’t stay away!
3 – sample cookie at target!  these samples are too hard to resist!  
4 – late night taco….  can you believe chick-fil-a was OUT of my favorite salad?  :(
2 – something else i shouldn’t have purchased…. too good and too little…

k- the last half of my day was obviously snacky and i would have been better off making dinner and having a real meal… but it just didn’t happen, so….
