Lexy – 40 pts

i didn’t get to go running with my friends this morning due to the rain…. but that’s okay because we all know we NEED the rain!  instead i headed up to the gym at 5:30am for some “puke” cardio!
*30 mins bike/30 mins inclines/15 mins ARC trainer* (+9)

headed over to my WW meeting where i lost .2 lbs.  this is my week 3 on maintenance… 3 more weeks until i reach “lifetime” member of WW.
6 – protein bar at the meeting
*got my hair cut and eye brows done*
5 – turkey chili over spaghetti squash
can anyone guess the time of the month?  TMI …i know…
3 – half the fat
 3 – cereal
hung out at the pool with the boys…
7 – oh ya!
7 – mmhmm…
4 – obviously losing my mind with my food choices today!
5 – and skittles!
okay… i know after i weigh in on thursdays i usually let myself have a little break… but i am going to have to travel on saturday, so i’m just telling myself up front that i better keep this week in check…
it feels like i have eaten out a LOT this week and i need to get my kitchen restocked and eat at home!

About Lexy

40 years old, "stay at home mom" to 2 boys (ages 16 and 14), wife to a chiropractic kinesiologist! I love blogging and learning new ideas. I follow the Weight Watchers Points Plus program and enjoy working out. I have run 2 full 26.2 mile marathons and 3 half marathons... and many 10k and 5k's. I love taking BodyPump classes and lifting weights. Working out has always been fun for me, but I struggle with eating healthy. Blogging has introduced me to a world of healthy eaters... When I first started WW... I just wanted someone to tell me what to eat! I didn't like cooking and I am not the kind of person that can just throw things together. There are tons of ideas out there and I love finding new and fun ones that I feel like I am capable of making myself!
