*ran 3 miles with the girls…. followed by 30 mins on the ARC trainer at the gym*
5 – zone bar at my WW mtg (- 2.2 lbs)
5 – turkey chili over spaghetti squash – thx carman!
6 – treat (ate these throughout the day)
7 – dinner thx to chickfila
3 – frozen yogurt
10 – eating the activity points i earned today…  :)
with my weight watchers meeting and some other errands that i had to take care of, i was out and about most of today.  looking forward to friday!!!
