*90 minutes of bikram yoga*
i have thoroughly enjoyed my 5 sessions of bikram!  i’m going to miss it…. but thankfully i have 5 more sessions that start up july 18th!  today i was able to get into a difficult pose that i haven’t been able to do before… it was an awesome class!

i think i’m being e-voided!
went to see “soul surfer” and i loved it.  what an inspirational story….
yes, i cried…  the boys loved it!  my mom met us there… torry was working.
5 – zone bar and diet coke during movie

and just had a 2 pt whey protein fruit smoothie….
