i guess my day “officially” started at midnight!  we joined the rest of the crazies and attended the harry potter final movie.  it was awesome and we loved it!
15 – baggie of my cereal and granola bar at movie… cheez-its and fiber one brownie at 3am when we got home!

woke up when i woke up…. i haven’t stayed up late like that in a long time…
2 – whey protein fruit smoothie
1 – egg beaters with spinach and salsa
5 – protein pancake
5 – fiber one brownie + cookie
was finally able to get up to my husband’s office for a great treatment!  after that… we took a random trip to the grocery store where i was unprepared and hungry!  of course had a sample cookie!  (that’s why i really wanted to stop by the store…)
3 – when i got home i realized i was out of my normal tortillas (convenient since we just came from the grocery store)…. but i did have these 1 pt tortillas!  yay!
3 – did manage to pick up a new flavor of half the fat ice cream!  love it… reminds me of summer!
*late night work out!  30 mins on the elliptical machine*
i had plans to be at the gym for weights this morning, but one thing led to another and i never made it out the door!
soooo ready for my bed right now!

About Lexy

40 years old, "stay at home mom" to 2 boys (ages 16 and 14), wife to a chiropractic kinesiologist! I love blogging and learning new ideas. I follow the Weight Watchers Points Plus program and enjoy working out. I have run 2 full 26.2 mile marathons and 3 half marathons... and many 10k and 5k's. I love taking BodyPump classes and lifting weights. Working out has always been fun for me, but I struggle with eating healthy. Blogging has introduced me to a world of healthy eaters... When I first started WW... I just wanted someone to tell me what to eat! I didn't like cooking and I am not the kind of person that can just throw things together. There are tons of ideas out there and I love finding new and fun ones that I feel like I am capable of making myself!
