7.7 miles :)
4 – egg beaters with turkey sausage… and a little sugar free syrup
one of my favorite things i used to like at mcdonald’s was the pancakes and sausage… i use this breakfast to replace that old favorite.
5 – mid morning snack
3 – frozen yogurt
0 – banana with reddi-wip
*do not try this at home!*
2 – i found these zero point things… have no idea what they really are…. they are light as a feather and i thought i would try them as my “base” for my pizzas….  needless to say they didn’t turn out… at all… they disintegrated underneath the pizza…  (ate it anyway so i could get in some veggies)  more like pizza salad!
7 – hungry girl’s mississippi mug pie!
2 – out to run some errands
7 – chargrilled and fruit salad with fat free honey mustard from chickfila
7 – bites of the kids fries and nuggets
and while we were out…. the youngest wanted bubble bath!  hahaha!!  this was the most “manly” bubble bath he could find… torry and ty were giving him a hard time… but he stood strong.  :)
2 – grabbing two dove dark chocolate squares on my way to bed!

About Lexy

40 years old, "stay at home mom" to 2 boys (ages 16 and 14), wife to a chiropractic kinesiologist! I love blogging and learning new ideas. I follow the Weight Watchers Points Plus program and enjoy working out. I have run 2 full 26.2 mile marathons and 3 half marathons... and many 10k and 5k's. I love taking BodyPump classes and lifting weights. Working out has always been fun for me, but I struggle with eating healthy. Blogging has introduced me to a world of healthy eaters... When I first started WW... I just wanted someone to tell me what to eat! I didn't like cooking and I am not the kind of person that can just throw things together. There are tons of ideas out there and I love finding new and fun ones that I feel like I am capable of making myself!
