My goal for the day was to concentrate on the Healthy Guidelines that Weight Watchers recommends. I have to say that I felt really good today and I think it helped having a different focus. I made sure to get in all my water and because I’m a “list” person… it was fun to check things off during the day as I ate them…

More veggies… Also I made chicken in the crockpot for this sandwich… I got the idea from Peanut Butter Fingers 2 ingredient Chicken Crockpot. I’m gonna add this to my list of things to make when I’m cooking in bulk. It’s nice to be able to grab meals on the go and this will definitely help! The chicken can be used in sandwiches and salads… or paired with veggies.
Snack before going out with my husband for date night.
We went to see “Warrior!” I had no idea what it was about before we got there. I was pleasantly surprised even though I had to give my husband a hard time about taking me to another “guy” movie. I think I liked it more because it was based on a true story. And…. it made me wanna go work out!
