i’m writing from the austin area :)  hitched a ride with my husband because i’ll be meeting up and hanging out with one of my best friends for the next couple of days!  
5 – started out the day with a protein pancake covered in blueberries
3 – half the fat ice cream
doing much better on the water front
1 – cucumber, tomato, and onion salad
6 – quesadilla with chicken, red and green peppers, onion, and mozz cheese
oh ya!
0 – sugar free shaved ice
… leaving houston …
5 – cookie on the road
6 – protein bar on the road
4 – snack before bed…. (2 of these today)
looking forward to enjoying the next couple of days!  :)
