As much as I love long weekends… they do tend to throw me off.
Ya— I definitely don’t think I’m ready to live by *intention*!!! I am much more of a habit/routine person at the moment… And when my routine gets thrown off… things don’t turn out so good! I “intended” for Monday to be the back on track day…. but I really wasn’t “feeling” it and gave in to what was easy….
Started out with a protein pancake…
Had a great 45 minute work out at the gym… 15 mins each of AMT trainer, elliptical, and bike…
Zone bar when I got home
Left over chicken fried steak and mashed potatoes with gravy
Not pictured…. hot dog, sweet potato and baked beans at my mom’s house

So I was ready to treat Tuesday like a Monday!
3 – Rice protein fruit smoothie
Boys got off to school without a hitch…. Husband got off to work… I got dressed for the gym and headed off to Body Pump. I had a great class and felt like jello by the time it was over.
5 – Protein pancake upon my return…
4 – Turkey pepperoni tortilla pizza with spinach and peppers
3 – The last of the sorbet
Queue the downfall….. Toooo many of these….

And not pictured were the blueberry frozen pancakes… crackers…. handfuls of goldfish…. chips…. yada yada…
I am definitely thankful for a new day.
