Lexy – Long Day! High Points!

5 – on my way to the 5K
*5K race*
1 – after the 5K
accidentally spilled the jamba juice…
3 – from the goodie bag
6 – half of a chicken salad sandwich from chickfila found in the fridge…
7 – after picking ty up from scouts… we had lunch together
6 – mmmm!
*30 mins elliptical – tanning*
0 – fruit bowl at the gym
4 – sweet potato fries
4 – chicken and kale salad with fruit (at a party)
??? – cake – shared with ciro and torry…. 
at the party i also had 2 bite size brownies, mini cup cake, and several handfuls of triscuits/sun chips….
i’m just gonna have to stick to 29 pts for sunday, monday, tuesday, wednesday until weigh in!!
this felt like an old fashioned cheat day!!  blah!!
going to bed full!!
