Lexy – Recovering From A Morning Binge!

started my day with the alarm going off at 3:15am!  had to take my husband to the airport because he has a seminar this weekend.  i know i’m starting to sound like a broken record, but i have been so tired, exhausted and stressed out because of this move.  there have been way more stressful things that have happened throughout my past year, but for whatever reason… this week has been extremely difficult.  when i arrived back from the airport… i had an emotional eating binge…  gross!  it’s kind of embarrassing to admit, but i’m also trying to be honest and my food intake is far from perfect….
6 – yes, i had three of these!
5 – and a zone bar
3 – and some cereal
5 – and some caramel covered bananas
10 – and some chocolate chips
i ate all of the above over a couple of hours while i did laundry, dishes, took out the trash, broke down and hauled off moving boxes, unpacked, organized, etc….

when i woke up, i felt pretty stupid about the food choices of the day so far…. I had already consumed 29 points before 12pm!!!!
so, i pretty much stuck to veggies….

got another room unpacked and completed…

grapes and reddi-wip while getting even more school supplies shopping done!
and carrots!
met up with carman and some new friends from church at the movie to see THE HELP!  it was amazing!  such a good movie!  very inspiring!

we REALLY wanted frozen yogurt but carman couldn’t find ANYTHING still open!  this is her finally getting a hold of the local mcdonald’s and making them swear they were still serving low fat ice cream!  hahaha!!

gonna hit the sack…. got an early run scheduled for in the morning!  :)
