Finished off the last of the frozen yogurt (6) and had some Life cereal (6) with no milk…
I read a lot of good information last night about the Weight Watchers Points Plus program. I am really going to focus on the recommended healthy guidelines. Here is a link to an article I read and found VERY helpful. I may be eating WAY too much fruit… they recommend at least 5 servings of fruits AND veggies… and the serving size is a HALF CUP. There is a tracking tool on the WW app for the healthy guidelines and I plan on using that a lot more. I’ll keep you posted on how that goes….
