up at 4:50 for a morning run with sandra and cindy (gonna miss these girls when i move across town!!)
2 – pre work out

5 – protein pancake with pear
5 – turkey chili with spaghetti squash over spinach before going swimming with the boys
getting in the water :)
2 – snack i found out about from hungry girl (really yummy for only 2 pts!)
3 – favorite cereal while at the wave pool (supposed to go to the beach, but plans changed and decided on something different)
when the boys realized we weren’t going to the beach… we told them grandma wanted to take them to a little “splash pad”… hahaha!!!  they were so excited when they realized we were joking and they got to go to a wave pool instead….  they are “too cool” for little splash pads these days…

There are tons of ideas out there and I love finding new and fun ones that I feel like I am capable of making myself!
