Went to Boot Camp this morning and enjoyed the torture.
Before class, I had a Protein Pancake – 5 pts
Chicken W/ Green Giant Veggies – 4
Zone Bar – 5
Shared these with one of my friends! Butternut Squash Fries – 0
Grapes – 0
Turkey Chili W/ Spaghetti Squash
Cereal – 3
Chickfila Salad – 7
And… drank lots of water today!
