Since today is Monday – it is back to the grind and back into our regular workout schedule again. I have missed it!!! It feels like its been too long. I can really feel a difference when I’m having to find the time to squeeze gym time in vs my normal routine of going to the gym and classes.

**Finally back to my FAVORITE Boot Camp class with my FAV instructor Monica!! Felt good to be lifting weights again since I’ve had to take quite some time off due to my shoulder. +10 Already feeling the soreness setting in! 😉
Came home and made up a green protein smoothie with PB2! I keep forgetting I have this in my pantry! Its a peanut butter powder that is much lower in fat than regular peanut butter and it is only 1 Pts+ for 2 Tablespoons!!! I added 1 tablespoon to my smoothie today to give it a chocolate peanut butter flavor and it was REALLY GOOD!!! -2 Click HERE to read more about this awesome peanut butter!
There is a new Bullritos that has opened up down the street and my hubby has been so excited!! He has tried it out before and loves their steak salad. I loaded him up in the truck to get him out of the house and go for a ride since it was a BEAUTIFUL sunny day today! We took Duke along with us and rode with the windows down to get some sunshine and fresh air. 😉 I ordered our lunch To Go and we brought it back home to eat.
lunch – I got the salad version with grilled chicken, grilled onions and peppers, guacamole, and habanero tomatillo salsa. It was pretty SPICY!!!!!! I also had chips along with it. about -17 (waited too long to eat so I ended up eating more chips)
late afternoon/evening snack – 5
still not feeling all that great so I wasn’t hungry for dinner. :/
logged all my stuff from the day into my Weight Watcher app 😉
