My Baby Fix ;)

Spring Break has come and gone and today was a much needed prep day! Once the boys got out the door to school, I got busy prepping food for the week. I love doing this because it really doesn’t take that long, but definitely makes it easy for grab and go meals during the week. I’m hoping to put myself on ‘auto-pilot’ for a few days so I don’t have to stress over what I’m going to be eating. Now I have plenty of veggies, chicken, turkey sausage, turkey chili, etc. I even tried a new recipe from Hungry Girl that made 6 awesome cookies!! Rocky Road Softies One for each day!

Fire Bites for the day:

1 tsp of peanut butter – 1

**1 Hour Boot Camp**

Dry protein waffle with pear – 5 (realized too late that I didn’t have any sugar free syrup or cool whip)

Whey protein fruit smoothie with flaxseed oil – 4

Just happened to see these at the store – Glenny’s Blondie – 2 (I think this would be a great addition to my frozen yogurt addiction! And for only 2 pts I think it is totally do-able!)

I paired my left over fajita chicken with some roasted veggies and salsa – 4

I decided to take a nap today! 1 hour of uninterrupted sleep was awesome!! I woke up starving and had a chocolate rice cake for – 2 pts

I made the batch of Hungry Girl cookies and had one for – 4 pts (It was really good!!!)

I was super excited to babysit my friend Katie’s newborn baby girl today! Mila is sooo sweet and I could have held her all day long.

My boys had no idea that she would be there when they got home from school … their hearts melted when they saw her! They kept commenting on how tiny she is…. comparing her little hands to theirs.

We had to tease Torry with some pics…. I can’t believe it’s been 12 years since Kody was that little!! And 14 years for Ty!! Crazy!!!

I’m sooo excited for Cyndi and CAN’T WAIT to meet her bundle of joy soon!!! :)

After Katie picked up Mila, I headed out with Kody to run some errands.

Frozen banana soft serve when I got home – 0 pts

Spinach/Strawberry/Low Fat Feta/ and Fat Free Poppyseed dressing for dinner – 3 pts
