My military hubby in the News and Friday movie night;)

My hubby sent this link for me to check out and low and behold he is in the Savannah Georgia news!!!! Click the link to read a little more about what he does.

Pretty low key day today. Went to bed too late which is always the case when my hubby is gone ;( but I got up and slowly got started on my FlyLady routines. 😉 Do You Hate Your Mornings?? – I usually do. But it definitely helps to get up and just start going through the motions of my morning checklist. I ALWAYS feel better later in the day that I did.

even my little man was draggin and slow moving this morning.

* 1 hour on the elliptical while watching a movie through the Netflix app on my phone – definitely helps the time fly by when you are distracted while working out! 😉 + 10

after the gym ran into the grocery store for some produce – snacked on a few grapes on the way home –  0

got home just in time to watch my friends 2 little boys. Gabe loved having play mates!

I  made my post workout/lunch – protein waffle with cinnamon cool whip & agave – 5  while they played and watched a movie.

Like Lexy said in her post – while Lexy and I were working,  Torry texted her about going to a movie and she asked to bring a friend – ME 😉 !!  I was excited to get to get out of the house!!! With my hubby being out of town it would be a while before I could see it with him and I have been wanting to see this movie since I saw the preview a few months ago – Reese Witherspoon is one of my FAV actresses!

I thought it was a GREAT movie with lots of comedy AND action -so its great as a chick flick and/or date night!


movie theater snack – 0

after I got home I realized I was only up to 20   pts eaten for the day…..???……that NEVER happens and so I got to enjoy myself a WHOLE cup of  1/2 the fat ice cream for 6pts+. 😉
