This week has kind of been a blur…..I’ve been working on getting my head in the game with my organizational skills again. 😉 I’ve been having headaches, neck, shoulder, hip pain for a while and was finally able to get in to see my awesome chiropractor yesterday – I was pretty jacked up!!! The things he fixes are always a combo of physical, emotional, and spiritual…….so after a few days of my body processing all the adjustments and some good rest – my pain and my head should be clearing out better. 😉
I tried a couple new recipes this week that I will try to post individually……
tried a WW recipe I recently saw – Easy Fried Rice and I added chicken 7p+
I found this cool recipe Baked Egg in Tomato Cups on a blog and tried it – it was really good and something different! 2p+
Green Chili beef enchiladas and an oldie recipe of mine Mexican Cornbread
I also came across this Stuffed Shells recipe that was super yummy!
In other news – After a longggg talk with my husband and lots of thinking and debating back and forth – I am regretfully having to withdraw myself from the 100 day Burpee Challenge due to a shoulder injury. I am disappointed that I won’t get to accomplish a goal I set out to do – but at this point I need to listen to my body or I will just be causing more pain and problems in the long run. On a positive note, I am grateful for the benefits I have noticed from doing the burpee challenge this far- I have seen my core strength improve and especially seen a significant improvement in my push up reps. So I can be happy about that. 😉
So now I’m just gonna……..
