I feel like I should put this out there… and I’m sure you can tell from the food pics that I post… I’m not a chef! Haha! I have never really enjoyed time in the kitchen. I like quick meals and things that don’t require a lot of craziness. By craziness, I mean a million steps and ingredients that take a long time. I keep things pretty simple. I did discover E-Mealz, and I receive weekly menus to get ideas. The cool thing is they have the new WW points already figured out for you!
Over the years of journaling my food, I have come up with several substitutions for things that I used to eat… and I try to keep those on hand for moments of weakness.
I always carry a protein bar in my purse for times when I can’t get home or I’m tied up somewhere and it’s time to eat! My favorite protein bar is Myoplex® Lite Nutrition Bar (Chocolate Chip Crisp) In a crazy way… it reminds me of a chocolate rice crispy treat!
I also love frozen yogurt! I usually eat a half cup everyday… sometimes more… I usually get Dreyer’s Yogurt Blends.
