Official March Weigh In & ZZ Top!

Wednesday:

Ran lots of random errands … **Took my Body Pump class**… then went shopping for spackle, paint, air filters, batteries, sun glasses, etc. Of course, in true blonde fashion… I left my list at home, so I didn’t have the measurements for the air filters. I made 2 trips to the store… fun. Then I had youth program that night at church. Nothing too exciting about Wednesday…

Oh!!! Yes…. there was a Candy Palooza melt down that was not pictured!!! I almost forgot… I had Pixy Stix and Starbursts…

Other than that… it was a protein waffle with strawberries, whey protein smoothie, zone bar while at Walmart the first time, roasted veggies, 2 fiber one bars while at Walmart the second time, cereal when I got home, grapes on the way to church, and roasted veggies with alfredo sauce before bed…

Thursday:

I didn’t go to WW last week, so this week counted as my “lifetime member” official weigh in. I was annoyed with myself for eating candy the day before the WW mtg… so I woke up early to get some cardio in. I love having the ability to earn back points by doing ACTIVITY!! I did approximately 95 minutes of cardio… I rotated between the elliptical, stair climber, running on the treadmill, and biking. It was awesome and I felt so good after!! I love being drenched in sweat! 😉

Official weigh in for March: 136.4 lbs. Lost .2 since my last weigh in… still maintaining and not really in “losing” mode…

After WW, I went to my husband’s office to get worked on. My good friend Ciro gave me tickets to the Houston Rodeo tonight to see ZZ Top! Between WW, my appointment with Torry, and running errands, I was away from home most of the day. I ate bars and drank Muscle Milk. When I came home I had left over chips from Casa Ole with salsa, then pudding and cereal a little later. (I may have mixed those together and it might have been really good!!) At the rodeo, I had popcorn and a few bites of Devyn’s funnel cake. The three of us shared an ice cream cone. It was a super snacky day! Guess I’ll be doing more cardio!! 😉

We had a really good time watching the rodeo, looking at/smelling all the animals, and people watching!!! Saw this REDNECK sign and had to take a pic!! 😉    …… and look at that monster frying pan!!

Devyn, Ty and I really enjoyed ZZ Top!! Thank you to Ciro for the hook up!!! :)
