Oh ya… I remember how this works!

Yay! I love getting back into the swing of things! It’s nice to be home and eating the simple things that I love throughout the day. Nothing fancy, nothing too crazy… just a low key day at home. :)

Went for my morning walk with Torry followed by lower body weight training and 20 minutes on the elliptical.

Food for the day included an apple vi-shake, protein waffle, turkey pepperoni tortilla pizza with red peppers and spinach, butterfingers vi-shake, a zone bar, and a nutria-cookie (that i forgot to take a picture of)…

I just wanted to share a few thoughts about my background… and my passion for helping others achieve their goals! I know there has been a lot of talk about “Challenges” lately… and I wanted to share my thoughts on the matter…
