Not quite as bad as last week! I had another junk food Sunday, but managed to keep within my points range- yay me! Progress?
So last night after midnight, when I was about to retire for the night…. I had these Mini Delights -3
Protein waffle with raspberries and strawberries -5 I posted the recipe HERE!
Before heading out to church, I grabbed a Zone Bar -5
There is a lady at church that owns a donut shop… she always brings trays full of donuts for everyone to eat after church… I usually don’t eat them, but Ty had one that he couldn’t finish on the way home, and I ATE IT! -6
Then I had some half the fat ice cream -6
And Girl Scout cookies -8
I had a meeting up at church for an upcoming youth conference…. after that, we hung out at Uncle Tim and Aunt Windy‘s house… (Click their names to read more about their awesome weight loss stories!!) Uncle Tim made some Chocolate Marshmallow Fudge from a Weight Watchers recipe… It was so yummy!!! -3
And then I had some cereal…. -3
All in all, I had 39 points for the day. I know that I didn’t eat veggies or have a decent meal all day… but I was happy that I stayed within my points… Much better than last Sunday!
