I love starting a new month! For years, I have used Calendar Home to print blank calendars to tape to my bathroom mirror. It helps keeps things in perspective for me… I try to keep in mind that being healthy and active is a daily decision. Seeing my calendar each morning motivates me to work out so I can “cross it off”…. and it also reminds me of what I have accomplished that month. A lot of times I am hard on myself for not eating 100% perfect 100% of the time…. or not running “fast” enough, or not working out “hard” enough, or not drinking enough water, or taking my supplements perfectly… But this little calendar visual helps me take ONE DAY at a time… If I have totally messed up, I can start again the next day. And honestly, looking back…… I have changed a lot over the last 6 years… but it has definitely been gradual.
